What is Counselling?

Counselling
gives you a quiet space where you can talk one to one with a counsellor
about anything that is causing you distress. The atmosphere is
empathic and non-judgemental, your counsellor will help you explore
your options concerning your current problem.
You are in control; you will not be criticised or advised, we
will work at your pace to try to identify and understand your
problems.
