Therapy is a research based, effective way of working with a variety
of life's problems.

approach focuses on the here and now, client and counsellor work
together developing a shared view of the current problem. Work
includes an understanding as to how thoughts, feelings and behaviours
are linked. Once this is achieved, personal goals and strategies
are worked on to create a more helpful way of coping with your
problem.
